Liquid Nitrogen Physics Lab

My AP Physics class does a lab to calculate the heat of vaporization of liquid nitrogen. Actually, it's just an excuse for us to get to play with the stuff. ^_^

Some highlights:
0:03 Mr. Payne sticks a flower in the liq. N
0:15 Mr. Payne sticks his FINGER in the liq. N!
0:41 Mr. Payne almost kills himself by almost tripping over a desk while holding liq. N
0:43 "Stoner" tries to eat frozen solid candy, drops it, and finds out how to break a Milky Way
1:01 I freeze my finger
1:55 "Stoner" and Payne clean up the water she spilled

That teacher is pretty crazy for letting these students play with this stuff. If some retard would have tried to smuggle this stuff in a water bottle or any other closed container it would have blown like a freaken bomb.

First of all, this is a PRIVATE school not public, so none of your ungrateful money goes to him. We pay to have this wonderful teacher who is loved by all of his students.

You diss Payne, you incite the wrath of the entire school community who has him as a teacher!

It's not dangerous at all, it is just as when you read in your coffee: "warning, content is extremely hot" it is just to avoid being sued... and the kids really got to see something interesting... I wish I would have had a teacher like this in high school...

Perfect example of the poor quality teachers for which we taxpayers are forced to pay unreasonably high taxes. This guy was bottom of his class. In public education that's a B+, because he has good self esteem you know. Tenure has got to go.
