Oscar Peterson - March Past

Oscar tried out Barney Kessel as a replacement for Herb Ellis in the late '50's. Barney appears on a few tunes in the Pablo Records Oscar Peterson album "History of an Artist", recorded in the early '70's. That album reunited several of Oscar's earlier groups and a few tunes with guitarist Irving Ashby. The CD suffers from some poor sound and indifferent remastering; I liked the sound of the 12" LP much better.
