  • Jon Kyl was re-elected with a 42% approval rating.

  • It's too bad that he lost his position. I wanted to be declared by him "worst person in the world"! Whaa! Sniff! Sniff!

  • or maybe he should be fair and have liberal radio hosts who make controversial remarks on his list

  • Uh oh, the spelling cops are here. Way to address the point, Edella!

  • Sentance? Perhaps you meant sentence. Pleasae? appalling!

  • Should they pass the background check, then there is no denial of opportunity. If they fail the check, then perhaps said person has been denied an opportunity all right -- an opportunity to kill you.

As to "harming another human being" with the Scanner thing, it was a joke. Lighten up.

  • Dracollich, so you're saying you agree that people who break the law should, or should not be, deported? You're double-negative in that last sentance is appalling.

Pleasae explain how doing more extensive background checks on people from "special interest countries" (and who have crossed the border illegally, mind you) before giving them temporary legal status is a denial of their equal opportunity.

  • 1st, YML, how dare you wish harm to another human being.

Second, this country is founded on the belief that everyone... EVERYONE has an equal opportunity to live and prosper in our great nation.... whether or not they are from a community sympathetic to Islamism.

Do I agree that more checks be put upon people from communities sympathetic to Islamism? No...

Do I agree that people who have broken the law should not be deported, and start over? No.
