I had never heard this sung by anyone but my sister until today. I was thinking about her and remembered her singing this to me as a child and got to looking for it and WOW!! This is fantastic. Thanks for posting and thank you Youtube for being there and bringing all the wonderful memories back as you always do.

I remember this from childhood. It was on a programme called Childrens Favourites presented by Uncle Matt on the radio on Saturday mornings in the UK.

@jeanquinn13650 The radio show was actually presented by Derek McCulloch known as Uncle Mac who was succeeded by Leslie Crowther the show changed to Junior Choice in 1968 and Ed Stewart became the presenter until 1980 when Tony Blackburn took over for the last 4 years of its run. Throughout this time The Little Blue Man was regularly played.
