paint Fx Rays

This is the fourth idea for the god rays on the animated short Devils Angels and Dating Directed by Michael Cawood. this is done by using Maya paint effects - the shader and look of the rays need more work but they interact quite well with objects. It wont get us as interactive or realistic looking rays but will be quicker on renders.
