  • what is the brand of wheat flour do you use??...

  • @yerleestar I don't know the exact brand cause I don't have the packaging anymore. It's from the Korean store though. I'm sure any brand of wheat flour will do. Thanks for watching!

  • Mine really dried up on the top...what did I do wrong? Is it suppose to steam on med or high heat?

  • I also realized that not many people know how to make these thick rice noodles! I feel kinda special now that I've learned!! lol

  • I cant remember if I had any more questions but obviously my set-up is kinda ghetto compared to yours and I'm just praying that the next time will turn out better...lol. Cuz I kind of went out of my way finding all the ingredients and getting flour mixture all over myself!! Lol (Sorry for the ranting). Anyway I was just wondering what kind of asian you are (either chinese or korean?) because you seem to be pretty knowledgeable about cooking and I am looking forward to learning a lot from you. =)

  • My other question is, for each layer, was it 7-9 mins of cooking time, or 7-9 minutes total? I also accidentally did 3 layers at once, which I realized was a mistake after rewatching your video, because it was difficult separating the layers and they turned into dough and broke apart...lol...so sad, but my roommate and her friend ate it all up anyway >< lol Just none for me...

  • But the lid wouldnt close all the way cuz obviously I had a pan in there with a handle on it...so my question is, when I steam it, should I keep the lid of the rice cooker completely closed or can it be opened as long as the bottom is steaming the food?

  • Hey EatNowCryLater....I tried making this today just the way you do it using the receipe you provided on your website. The receipe was great and it tasted good but I made some mistakes throughout the cooking which ruined the results...I was using my rice cooker/food steamer for my steamer, but the steaming part of it comes with a plastic thing that fits inside, but it has holes in it. Anyway, so I placed a pan on top...it didn't fit all the way around, so I closed the lid of the rice steamer.
