Yeah, he just disappeared. They assumed he was dead after a while because he just never came back. ... Then, because Donny was never there to grow old, there was no SAINW Donny... The whole time-travel loopholes are annoying, so that's really the best way I can describe it. Hope it helps.

In SAINW, Donny's not dead. He 'disappeared'. The the Daimyo's son and that dragon thing (sorry, don't remember names) were fused and got a hold of two powerful artifacts. They sent the turtles to different places (or in Don's place, time). So, in SAINW, since Don was never there, he was never there to grow old.
