First new podcast in MONTHS. Aieee! The album hit a few delays so I decided to spread these out a bit more until the release.

This is a song that appears near the end of the album called "The City's Gone To Town". Please comment and rate!

Visit http://www.eddcoates.com more news and info on the album... which should now be coming out in April. Fingers crossed.

  • New version of "THE CITY" eh!

It reflects your growing confidence and is a lot more cheerful.

Sorry - I liked the older more sou;ful version ---

But I am glad you are happy.

Why should life be sad to satisfy miserable people like me.

But it is a soulful song,

Be happy sining another one. lol

  • Hi Edd, see your still as busy as ever, and AS ALWAYS - sending a shiver down my spine - with listening to your wonderful compositions.

Your compositions have a little more life than mine do! lol.. BTW I've been practising very hard on my left hand, and its much better, thou a little monotonus? (a great critic told me - my NEW tutor) Please, if you have time, have a look at A New Day (timelapse) and the cycle to Liverpool - Tracks without drums are the most recent. Have you heard of Tony Stace?

  • Hey Edd, it's Sarah from Shenfield (5 years below you)- you may remember me. I was at Phil Burchell's house earlier (you may remember him too) and he told me about you. I immediately looked you up!

    Great work!

Hope to see you around sometime :)

  • As always, completely brilliant :D

  • Lovin it! (from your first official groupie:P)

  • very nicely done, you have a lot of talent!

  • u officially rock :p
