Chapter 13
Taylor could hear selena begging for forgiveness but he didn't want to hear that. It wasn't her fault, he wanted to reach up and touch her face. He felt her presence move away. He longed for her, needed to feel her touch.

Selena watched Taylor for 3 days and he never moved. She started to think about the healing process. Wolves healed quicker so why didn't he wake up? She sighed, what if he didn't? She knew exactly what she would do. She couldn't live this world alone, so why live?

She splashed water on her face, she looked dreadful. Hopefully she wouldn't scare Taylor to death when he did wake up. She studied her reflection in the long mirror in the bathroom. Bruises were on her wrists from the chain. Then she noticed that she looked different in general, her usually flat stomach now had some roundness to it. She knew from wolf biology that shape shifters or wolves pregnancy were half as long as a humans, they grew super quick. She smiled, could she be finally pregnant? She left Taylors room for the first time in 3 days to go to the maternity ward. She quickly found her doctor and she was shown to a monitor.

She had never been so happy in her life. The 'practice baby making' made a baby! She sprinted back to Taylor's room but found it full of doctors and nurses all hurrying and shouting. "What's going on?" selena whispered, the doctor was performing compressions on Taylor. Tears fell down her cheeks, she was losing him... "Please don't leave me..." she whispered.

Suddenly Taylor's eyes flew open and focused on a crying selena. He was breathing heavy; he pulled out the drips and went over to a frozen selena. His arms wrapped tight around the tiny framed girl. The doctors all left, knowing the wolf gene finally kicked in. Taylor picked up selena and placed her carefully on the bed "i almost lost you" she whispered, turning her head slightly. She started to break down "i can't lose you, Taylor. I don't know what i would do. How i would survive... i love you so much" he pulled his love into his strong arms "you'll never lose me, selena. I'll always be here, maybe not in physical form but i would never leave you." she studied Taylor. "I couldn't kill Justin"
