I put this clip together around MISERY SEED's version of The FARTZ classic "RIGHTS".
This song is special to me on many levels. For one, it is a favorite song from one of my favorite old school punk bands. Even more special though is that Blaine Cook (The Fartz & Accused) sang on it which is just beyond cool! Blaine also shared with me that RIGHTS was quite special to them (THE FARTZ) personally due to the fact that their original drummer "Loud" had written the song & since passed away. I originally planned on doing a 7" with this recoding but my drinking habit unfortunately prevented me from making that happen in 1998 when MISERY SEED & THE FARTZ were still active but I still plan on pressing it when $$$ permits. I had met Blaine, Alex, Tommy & Dana from going to ACCUSED shows over the years where they were always so cool to me after the shows. Allen & Joe had similar experiences at Natasha's & the OK Hotel just as I did so this recording will always be a very special occurrence to us.
I want to thank THE FARTZ(1998-2003): Blaine, Alex, Steve & Carl for playing some gigs with us around that time and helping make this song happen.
