Reaching Out to El Salvador's underserved

The Central American nation of El Salvador is the most densely populated country in the Americas. With the collapse of international coffee prices, the economic situation has worsened in some rural areas, with particular pressures on young people. ADS, our Member Association in El Salvador, is the largest sexual and reproductive health non-governmental organization in El Salvador, providing over 430,000 services in 2008. This video highlights their work with a particular focus on serving youth, rural populations and those underserved by the public sector.
