I was arrested yet again on Mon 17/05/2010 for failure to attend court, ie 'Breach of Bail'. Yet again I was not questioned, refused to coooperate and today @ 13:30 hours the Post Man, that is an employee of Royal Mail deliverede this fraudulent document to my home. I can only assume that in a corporate world this is me being served. I had already called and emailed the CPS + Magistrates Court prior to this fraudulent attempt to incriminate me to suggest that I would be presenting my own case and to inform them tha there is CCTV of the incident as well as a recorded account of an attending officer who collaborated my version of events. Thus far the only reply I have had has been to confirm a date of court that is different by 15 minutes to the letter I have in my possession....

@Zmidponk Nope, it states understand in legalise that translates as stand under, aka agree to the document.
Understand in the Blacks legal dictionary means to stand under, to accept, to own up. So by representing a legal persona Mr GREEN and understanding he gives consent and is entered into a contract.

You may think that the original reason you were arrested or whatever is bullshit, but this is a straightforward, easily understood document. If you are having problems, I would suggest this is either you being extremely stupid, failing to understand plain, straightforward English, or being a smartarse. Oh, and, by the way, it's not a legally binding contract because it's not a contract - you're simply signing to acknowledge you've been informed you have to do this, not to agree to do this.
