The patient is a 50 year old male with significant coronary artery disease who has not yet required coronary artery bypass grafting. The patient has a very rapid ventricular tachycardia that is not hemodynamically tolerated and has high burden PVCs that appear similar in morphology to those seen during his ventricular tachycardia.
