Professional magician Whit Haydn once used these words in his performances as a tribute to Dante. He explains: “Sim Sala Bim are nonsense syllables from a Danish nursery rhyme. I just took a survey (to give feedback to radio stations) and it included about 40 songs that are currently being played on the radio. More than half of them I had never heard of and were as generic as you can get. After that I switched to this and just about melted. SO much better than that pop rubbish that they pass off as music.
