Because the 911 attacks were carried out by an asian woman, a young child, a US military personnel, ect. ect. This is really pretty awful. the TSA people are workers, just like anyone else. They try to do their job. There are shitty ones and good ones just like any cop, fire fighter, or fastfood worker. Taking frustrations you have against some part of the organization on the first one you see is just plain shitty.
