  • This, imo, is very well played. I enjoyed it very much :D

Unfortunately, I was clicking back on Opera and accidentally gave it 1 star. My apologies.

  • Hey, overall it was good!

You might want to try taking the Andante section a little slower, and make sure when you are using rubato that it doesn't feel like you are loosing the beat. Maybe play through with a metronome a few times?

(and the bit where it starts going triplets an really a fast, few of the notes in the chords were wrong, so it was in the wrong key)

But i really like the interpretation, its how I would have played it. :D Keep going! Well done (:

  • u need to make sure that u dont play the semi-quavers as triplets. the semi-quaver rhythm is fundamental to the melody and without it the haunting beauty of the actual triplet phrase is lost. I only say this because I was making this same mistake when I first started learning the piece. good luck

  • @angelcutie54 "try being more musical" isn't very constructive criticism as it's not descriptive in the least. You should criticize more like boringname05... See? I even criticize critics constructively ;)

  • Too fast ;). But OK ! ;)

  • 14 people people don't understand Chopin.

  • really nice...

  • you played some of the notes wrong in the first fast section when the left and right hands are together

  • vids a bit jumpy, but very well played. thanks for posting the vid.

  • Wonderful wonderful wonderful.

How long have you been playing?

  • There's too much movement to the hands, I feel they're flying! Keep steady the hands..Nevertheless, the sound came out very well..

  • Hey, bum notes aside I liked your interpretation out of everything I found on youtube! I like the pulling, dragging feel to it. The more the better! When I hear this, I think of someone being carted off to a gulag. I want more hesitation, more folk-y sounding. I don't like this nocturne sounding very refined. I want more rubato, to the point where it's almost too much. Your piano makes it sound folkish. In fact, I had a dream last night. This piece was in it, but orchestrated grandly.

  • There are some weird naturals in there that shouldn't be.
