if you have no experience flying, then no. as much as you would like to fly one of these really slick looking jets,with this you would just crash it badly. you need to be looking at really cheap trainers. once you get good with it then try to step up to edf.

i have one just the same never managed to get off the ground which motors did you put in and which battery config ?

look like you brought a brushed motor guanli p.o.s A-10 hog . This plane is so underpowered and hardly stays airborn ,thats if you can in the first place.i got myself some brushless motors and esc from grayson hobby and change to 2.4 system and now flies great slow or flat out fasttt. some of my club members did the same ,and enjoy flying now as appose to the sudden unexpected landings(crashing).

It was an RTF kit, not really a 'rushed-job' when there was nothing to rush. The plane was built fine, the flight preparations were rushed. Plus the electronics aren't exactly top-notch.

Actually, I didn't cut the throttle. As the video analysis of the crash shows, the loss of control was due to a glitch in the receiver. The electronics in this RTF kit are known to glitch if the transmitter antenna is pointed directly towards the airframe, and I am certian that's what happened.

Hello, I have the same exact A-10 paint scheme. I have the brushless motors in it with 11.1V lipo battery 2200mah. If you install this setup you will love it due to the amount of power difference.

Actually, I want it slow. That's what I'm aiming for. My brother, on the other hand, got a frigging Eurofighter that's light as a feather and has a HUGE EDF in it with a LiPo.
