1. it is not 1 out of 8 it is 1 out of 7 who live below the poverty line.  the poverty line is set by the US government & is set high compared to other countries

2. If u spend more than u make u will always be poor

Even the POOR people here have cell phones, cars, apartments to live in, toys for their kids, who go to school & are not forced to work the streets, and most of those POOR people are OVER WEIGHT

Apart from the very rich; this capitalist system makes us all indentured servants to a 'System' invented by and controlled by those rich people who run banks, corporations & governments!

This 'System' CANNOT survive without DEBT...OUR Debt is the foundation of this system.

If you are in debt (no matter how small), then you are not in control of your own life, period!

How many poor or middle income people own even one of the basic necessities of life...Your OWN home??
