I was born in '84 too and my mom was and still is a big fan of Whitney. When I thing of a singer...she's the prototype...imho. She set a standard that is to be imitated and "singers" today just cant measure up.

I admire Whitney Houston because whenever she sings, I always feel a since of dignity from her. Her voice is very confident and dignified. She has a magical voice and I wish nothing but the best for her.
