Was it ever a Heinz product? I think it was always sold by Franco American which was really Campbell's. And according to the Wikipedia page, was introduced by Campbell's in 1965.

I still love saghetti O's they are easy to cook stove total of 10 minutes, microwave 2 minutes whats not to love a quick meal that taste great. I remember the commercials and still say when kids are around while I'm making them U-OH Spaghetti O's, Yes I'm a dork, infact I ate them so much as a kid my mom joked and said I'd have turkey stuffed with them when I grew up, well I'm 28 and no turkey Spaghetti O's yet.
