the mags are proprietary, you cant use normal ak mags. that sucks

@AIRSOFTGIdotcom....does this Masada akm is compatible with the cqb ris,barrel and inner barrel that was made for the Masada a&k???

I might be mistaken, but doesn't the ICS split gearbox design easier to change the spring with?

@natarionus I have an ak and a galil, they both have the same type of fire selector switches. I think all the guns you listed all have the same general selector plates. If they all have different selector plates then why is there only one type of v3 gearbox? If i was to buy a v3 gearbox would i have to specifically search v3 gearbox for g36? it doesnt make any sense

@natarionus I think it would have been better too put a vs in the pts masada but keep in mind the early a&k masada was scalled a little smaller than the real one

@acelafan123 That isn't true - AUG, G36, A&K Masada (early version), GALIL, all use V3 GB, with different selector plates - this is NOT an excuse!

Alternatively, an ICS M4 works (Quick change upper receivers, quick change gearboxes [added benefit of swapping in the appropriate piston/cylinder assembly])

If you take the barrel out like tim has done you are at risk of breaking your hop-up! Make sure to turn your hop all the way off before doing it! Like so people dont break their masadas!!
