@theprzmostfin3zt If they look fake then you need to find a new hobby. The way a shoe yellows has absolutely ZERO to do with whether or not its fake. I've been collecting and selling vintage and new sneakers for over 12 years now, I have pictures on kicksonfire and other websites. The next person to come on here and say these are fakes your comment will be deleted and you will be blocked. Don't use my video's to showcase your lack of sneaker knowledge.

@DaInstigator Actually thats not true. The 2000 Jordan V rarely crumbles. I know you've seen pictures of this happen on Niketalk, ISS etc. but its rare. In the cases where it did happen it was definitely the environment where they were stored, hell their Jordan XIII's fell apart which NEVER happens. 2006 version's will always play second to these.

@madcow3095 I appreciate it. A lot of the times the shape will give it away or the font on the back that says "NIKE AIR" On the fakes the "NIKE AIR" on the back is either too skinny or to fat. Also, the thickness of the midsole can give it away as a lot of times its disproportionate to the uppers on the fakes. The leather on the fakes is usually cheaper looking. Last, the netting, and and sole is usually cloudy looking or glassy looking on the fakes. There's more but those are the obvious

Hey bro, a huge favor to ask: I'm a longtime Jordan collector, but I never had the 2000 Fire Reds till some I just got off eBay. I know the obvious stuff to look for but...man, the leather (?) feels real thin. Almost like pleasure. Also, the tongue has the small textured ridges unlike my other "23" Vs. Does this sound right? Really appreciate your help!

@mayday0341 The leather on these is softer than later releases so it may feel slightly thinner even though its not. Actually, the leather on the originals felt super thin, you sure the person didn't sell you a pair of OG's? Can you send me a few pics? If so send the pics to defynewyork@gmail.com

Sounds very fishy because when these dropped the box with his face on top wasn't being used (but its possible maybe if they made their way to the outlets months later that they could have switched the boxes.) Definitely send me some pics if you can
