  • awful !!!

  • These videos are wrong but if you guts can do them so much better why don't you make some new videos to teach students the right way

  • Legato?? These videos are so wrong it's painful..

  • I wonder why you call it "legato"? What you show on the score and then explain how to play is "tenuto", (ie.e Italian for "held"). Legato would be more like a slur.

  • sorry, the first ":50" comment was supposed to stay, rather than using the tongue to begin* the notes.

  • 1:02- really? paint brush... your not stopping the movement of the air constantly whenever u tongue, its still moving

1:25- um the scale was pretty shaky, not sure why you have different tone qualitys for each note and the tunning was a bit off at the top 3 notes, pretty inconsistant

1:48- interesting attempt at marcato... theres really no normal/standard articulation, again the A, B, and C are out of tune... i think you played a c scale, not entirely sure

  • sorry... i was so frustraited with this video- i hope she doesnt actually have students

    - :50 really bad concept... they should always be connected with the air and the tongue should simply interrupt in a way that causes the tone to repeat or change rather than using the tongue to define the notes, what causes a buzzing sound? air support and embouchure, NOT the tongue

  • they are tenuto marks, these videos have a lot of false info

  • yay!!! f major scale :)

  • thanks a lot Kiddy, it's very useful.
