20 bucks says that 300 IQ will always beat the near 400 IQ but both eggman and tails build different machines not only tails builds the robots but also the handheld,planes and other things that he could build eggman build the robots,flying machines,sonic doppelganger robots and even the eggman robots and also the combat fighting robots he build a little known fact.
