A deputy who swam to a car as it sank in a Dallas-area lake has saved two women in a rescue captured on patrol car video. (Jan. 31)

The fact that he's being recorded is the ONLY reason he went into the water.
Without that dash-cam, the cop would've just stood there and watched them drown.
