The fact this video is 2 years old..and still makes relevant arguments against Turner/Smith..Dean Spanos listen..Please restructure your leadership NOW!!! If you don't..good luck getting fan finding on that new stadium in downtown San Diego..good luck finding talent to replace the core group Schottenheimer assembled..and realize SD fans will NOT show up to games. Still can't believe this season ended with Tebow " leading" the Broncos to OUR AFC West spot in playoffs. No excuses..Fire them both.

If the Jaguars win on MNF, Norv should be fired Live on SportsCenter. Then, ESPN can air his Going Away parade on tuesday... (Most of this town has waited so long for this)

07- beat titans opening game for our first win in 12 years. beat colts away in last game of rca dome. play undefeated pats in playoffs, rivers torn acl, lt out of game, i dont think we had gates either, and obviously lose.
08- beat colts playoffs. then we lost to steelers (eventual superbowl champs)\
09- 13-3, many believe we will make superbowl. our kicker, most accurate kicker in nfl history, missed 3 fg's to lose to jets
10- special teams keep us out of playoffs
11- Rivers...

@dsilva133 I went to the game when Norv Turner ran the clock down in the 4th when there was 1:30 of an opportunity for them to have the scoring drive but no, he takes it to OT that way the stakes will be even higher and the results are a loss. What a shame, the whole damn stadium let Norv have it.
