@Demoncurse123 They do. They just make them for shitty bands. The only one I saw that was for a good band was Black Label Society.

I think the Arlington Theater became The Ritz. Lots of great bands used to play there before they closed it. Then they went to the Emerson, which was recently closed as well. I have good memories of the Emerson. When I saw Gwar there on the Blood Drive tour, it was the most packed I have ever seen it. Lol, it was great seeing this commercial. Too bad I wasn't old enough to go see them at the Arlington.

I'm pointing out the Horror, Voice, and the Metal in one shot, not too many do that sort of thing these days, it's all crap, like Motley Crues Shout at the Devil Remix back in 97.

By the way, watch huntermc's Shimmy Disc Video Comp 1987 to see this footage a little clearer.

Demoncurse & Robocopper420: EXACTLY!
Remember when you didn't have to pay to watch TV and your local UHF stations had their Midnight Horror Movie shows on weekends?
The commercials were like this, and I'm sure most of them used that same guy to voice them!

for being so ghetto looking I LOVE IT!
LMFAO!! That is so cool!! I never would have imagined this ad would have been posted all these years later. Didn't get to go to the show though I was in grade school at the time.
