People seem to be unaware of these, but if they get used a bunch, some time can be saved over an entire run.

Spin the controller stick while pressing B.

You run a little bit while holding Z and press B to draw your sword, only immediately after pressing B tap A repeatedly to do the jump attack.

I draw my sword by jumping off a cliff (short enough to not get me hurt) and i hold foward on the control stick and on the right time pull out my sword.
