A few of the celebrities on this list are speaking their mother tongue and English is the 'other' language that they speak. Schwarzenegger as an Austrian, Banderas as a Spaniard, Theron as a South African and Celin Dion as a French Canadian etc. all speak English aswell as German, Spanish, Africaans and French. It's hardly a surprise that they can speak the language of the countries they were born.

@alecs1976 Steiermark!!! Graz!!! I was once quite good at doing a fake austrian accent, like liab instead of lieb etc., and ending every sentence with "gell?"...god, some words still come to me, like Semmel or Jause or Servas or whatever. I haven't kept up and most of it's gone.

but that's only true for austrian dialects....and schwarzenegger speaks a very heavy Styrian dialect

Schwarnegger's accent brings back memories of the time when I briefly lived in Austria (^^). They say "net" instead of "nicht" and so on. Very different from so-called hoch deutch.
