2001 ASO: EVAPod 01 Intro

This is the 1/12 EVA Pod kit from the film of 2001 Space Odyssey and HAL 9000 fame. A very detailed kit, I will be omitting the interior parts and just building the exterior. Lights will be added.

Find pod.paragrafix dotcom and hit the completed kit gallery. It will blow your mind what people have done with this kit. Looking in on Atomic City Models will also reveal some mind-bending work.

It is indeed the 1/12 CC kit.

Don't know if they are currently in production. There was a prob with the metal supplier a while back I think. Always worth checking in at Atomic City Models.

I think the Vader TIE build is the ideal one to watch. can't post a link in the replies. :( It has it's own playlist though. Enjoy.

I have several already. Look around my channel for the Rifleman, the Romulan BoP, Vader's TIE was particularly good, Robot B-9, Maximilian, uhm, a few more me thinks... This EVAPod will be an easy one though.
