The Chief Minister of Goa Shri.Digamber Kamat caught on a video sitting, chatting in a very homely environment with Criminals, fanatic and antisocial elements who terrorise Goa on 3rd July 2008. This video shows how these politicians are appeasing these young extremist for their ulterior motive.

For a common Goan, appointment is a waiting list. But these criminal fanatics have a direct approach with the Chief Minister of Goa.

I guess, other MLA/MInisters too have their own gang & they too sit & chat together with gangsters. eg Babush gang, Churchill's gang, Victoria (st.Cruz) gang etc etc Recentyly, 2 killed at Siridao beach & everybody knew it was Taleigao gang v/s St.Cruz gang. I dnt know if people are aware of this but there is a clause where u can go to vote and say "i dont want to vote for any of the contesting candidates" and if such votes are more than the votes of the top candidates than the election is null and void and those candidates cannot contest again in the follow up elections. They can however contest in the elections after that....
