Theres two endings, one cuts off when they say "can our love take us away" and they fall asleep, the other shows the nurse coming down the hall and finding them both gone beside eachother.

wow very good movie but sad to say i cry alot but when i got my novel and read it again and again,i think its hard to find the true love that will lead to the best happiness of our days and that's the time to death.

I don't think so...I believe I just watchin' the plain old DVD, and that's the way the movie ends. But I suppose I could be mistaken.
