@a87fhj The whole idea of making cocktails is the spectacle of them....if your dinner guests are friends....practise at home with bottles of water until you get a flow going and then when the arrive set up your "bar" and whip our six at a time. I can assure you that some of your friends will be impressed. If you pre mix this stuff and keep there is settling that occurs and also lime juice tends to become bitter over time. Fresh is Best :)

Dear T,
I think the fact that it is a demonstration of how to make the drink, with history, rathe than making it in a bar should be taken into consideration sir... it is of course one of the fastest of the classic cocktails to make.
