@qwuezalothus That's because it was only meant to be made for the special effects and MORE TF battles, cause TF1 had NOTHING XD But I still think the first is the best one, it's the most underrated out of em all so far.
-
Transformers 1 - It's supposed to be all about the story and introduction
Transformers 2- It was SUPPOSED to be all about the action and special effects.
Transformers 3 - It was supposed to be about innovation, history, and a bit more story and twists.
They are ALL good.

@TiramisuHappy Aye, it's not the best film, but it as it's moments XD

Gundam mazingar-z getarrobo atom evangerion etc.
There is a mania respectively.

On a related topic of CGI and Sci-Fi flims, I just went to see a film called District 9. Just came out the other day over here in America. (Oh wait, I keep thinking you're still in Japan!) You're back in SD. You might've seen it already then. But if you haven't, I'd recommend it. I did NOT love this movie. But it was worth the $12.50 admission I paid. It was different. Amazing effects. Highly enjoyable. A bit too heavy on the political overtones, but it had a message. Go check it out soon.

you're in NY - right? $12.50 huh... It's $11 here in San Diego, and yeah - I saw it with my brother last night. I thought it was excellent!
