Meanwhile a person close to production of the "Transformers' sequel says LaBeouf's passenger was Isabel Lucas - who plays a supporting role in the film.Hollywood.TV captured the accident scene. The collision caused LaBeouf's truck to roll over. The actor was booked for a misdemeanor DUI on scene and then underwent surgery for injuries to his left hand.Comedian Jerry Lewis has been cited for carrying an unloaded concealed weapon at Las Vegas airport. Police say Lewis - who's 82 - had a gun in in carryon bag as he prepared to fly to Detroit Tuesday. Lewis' manager says the so-called weapon is a hollowed-out prop gun - that can't even fire.Amy Winehouse is out of the hospital again - after being treated for what her spokesman calls an adverse reaction to medication. Winehouse was rushed to the emergency room by ambulance from her north London hom Monday night.
