  • Was that second mag an extended one, or loaded haphazardly?

  • An extended magazine.

  • Good to see Grizzley Adams still workin it.

  • The bezel is a prototype striking and cutting bezel that I have developed for the G2 series flashlight.

Taking the premise that you "fight with what you carry", if all you have in your hand is your flashlight then why not have the ability to get effective strikes and cuts with your flashlight. The downside to impact strikes with your flashlight is a broken bulb...that's a fair trade for something that gives you the edge in close-quarters contact.

    Shoot fast, hit first.

  • i pray to god every night to be able to grow a kick ass beard like that. mine sucks

  • good stuff Matt Graham is high speed low drag.

  • @1stlinetraining So is there any way I can buy one of these? I must admit it looks cery nice, and i dont ffeel like paying and extra 100 to buy the E2D defender

  • I like that. Good technique... this is good bit of kit. I shall have to order a few of these.

  • What carrier do you use for your lights Matt? The TID limits what will fit...

    thanks

    Brad

  • Mr. Graham that is a nice looking 1911 you own. I hope to train with you someday.

UPDATE: I bought three set of Combat Rings to give as Christmas gifts, and they were a huge hit (especially after showing this video).

I also picked up two of the GG&G TID's (one for me, and one for my brother). Love the design of these items--really great work.

Now, I'm trying to get my hands on an XM-18 from Rick Hinderer, after your recommendation and "reading" up on it.

Stay safe, and keep up the good work!

  • I would truely enjoy training with you some day. Great product!

  • Mr. Graham,

Any plans to sell the "striking and cutting bezel" in the near future?

After watching the Monkey's videos...I picked up a set of the Combat Rings, and I love 'em.

I'd love to train with you someday!

  • The pistol is my personal "carry gun" and it's a Nighthawk Custom GRP Recon fitted with a SureFire x300 weapon light.

Nighthawk's GRP, or Global Response Pistol, comes with SureFire's X300 LED weapon mounted light at time of purchase.

I added SureFire's DG Grip Switch Assembly and Simonich Knives "Gunner Grips". Holster is a custom open-top in-the-pants by Comp-Tac.

Check my article "Fight With What You Carry" in the summer issue of Combat Tactics for a complete description of my gear.
