@HarryPotter8982 The actual surgery doesn't. The days afterwards do, but the pain pills help immensely. Soup diets are not fun.

@CrazyApril I am the guy in blue. I had gauze in my mouth too because I had gotten my wisdom pulled about a half hour before the guy in black (my twin brother). The drugs didn't have much of an effect on me so I wasn't acting crazy.

how did they give you the drugs? needle or was there another way?

@anrim1234 It was through a needle right on the opposite side of the elbow. I thought it hurt less than the average flu shot, and you fall asleep in 20 seconds or less. If you haven't gotten your wisdom teeth pulled yet and you're scared, you have nothing to worry about. It's the days afterwards that are the worst.
