Its too bad Ryan Kennelly is locked in prison now for his habitual criminal acts. Everybody knows too how he screwed himself by slandering the sponsor and all that stuff. Kennelly put a black eye on the sport.

Thank goodness there are better reps for the sport like Scot Mendelson, Shawn Frankl, Jeremy Hoornstra, Tiny Meeker, etc.

@derekaaustin Ryan Kennelly has a habitual violent and drug conviction past but he wouldn't stop his crimes. Kennelly was arrested for making counterfeit steroids to sell to unsuspecting people. there was a charge for growing pot too. While awaiting trial he didn't stop so the cops busted him again for the same thing. Google it. Talk about arrogance and stupidity.

@cyberkai99 Yes to me Henderson is the all time best, no steroids just balls! I workout with guys that take roids and I bench the same amount of weight that they do, and in there off cycle I out lift the shit out of them and laugh haha.

715 paused? Well, I'll admit it was a heavy press, but that 715 certainly wasn't paused where you could tell. But Kennelly is very strong RAW and in a shirt with a full lockout. Mendelson can't lockout his arms fully. So how can you say he's the best bencher when the point of the exercise is full extension. Mendelson is VERY powerful, but I have my doubts about him being the best. If we're going strictly RAW, then Henderson was worlds best. 712 RAW in the IPF with a legit pause, I'm sure.

@cyberkai99 He isn't best bencher the world has ever known. Scott Mendelson is. His 715 raw with pause is unquestionable. Kennelly has never been even close to 700 Raw. The best raw lift I have seen was 680.
