I cannot say if you are wrong if I cannot understand what you are saying. Technical workers never have people editing their statements, and that is why they have to be able to write clearly and correctly.

Community colleges have great English programs for very little cost.

Nobody mention to get promoted you need to be a back stabbers. Or to get hire you need to be someones brother or son. Lots of companies want only family members or friends in the best positions. Is not what you know is who you know. You can be brilliant and get bypass. Not all companies are like google or hightech that they need to bring people from overseas. Some companies don't even want people from different background.
I wonder how many people will agree with me.
