Stanley Howse, better known as Flesh-N-Bone, is a member of the rap group Bone Thugs-n-Harmony. He is the older brother of Layzie Bone and cousin of Wish Bone. He was also the first member of the group to release a solo album entitled T.H.U.G.S. (Trues Humbly United Gathern Souls) which features such as: Krayzie Bone, Layzie Bone, Rev Run, Fat Joe, Big Pun, Afta-Maff, and Kamikaze in 1996. In 1999, he released an underground album called From Cleveland 2 Cali to display the artists signed to his label Flesh Bone Incorporated. In 2000 he released From Cleveland 2 Cali: Day 2. On October 10, 2000 he released his second solo album, 5th Dog Let Loose, on Koch Records.

On September 22, 2000, Howse was sent to Pleasant Valley State Prison for 12 years on charges of assault with a deadly weapon and probation violation.He was released on July 13, 2008, and has since reunited with Bone Thugs-N-Harmony.

Flesh-N-Bone got picked up on gun possession charges on Thursday (April 2, 2009) in Santa Clarita, CA according to TMZ. He is being held without bail and is expected to appear in court on April 6th, 2009.
