The framers never defined it, but in English it means "citizen at birth." A natural born --anything-- means someone who is --anything-- at birth.
It's funny, Keye's brings up the debate over the 14th amendment and says, correctly, that some thought citizen parents were required. But that debate used the term correctly to mean "citizen at birth." They were talking about what the requirements were to be a citizen at birth.

John Bingham, principal framer of the 14th amendment stated pretty clearly that if you were born within the jurisdiction of the USA and had TWO PARENTS who did not owe allegiance to a foreign sovereignty was, in the words of our own CONSTITUTION a NBC. OBAMA IS NOT AN NBC
