Put a comp cam "mega" or stage II thumper cam into it and you wont be complaining anymore

Love my Bullitt. It is happiest when driven aggressively. It has plenty of punch and will leave most things in the rearview mirror.

Power is decent but just like the new mustang boss , instead of giving it way more power they worked on other things like the 3.73 gear ratio and raising the rpm's ... Better suspension system and a "short" throw shifter they all help make this car faster like 4.9 seconds to 60... Pretty impressive when the new Camaro SS with 6.2 liter v8 and 420 horses can make it in 4.6 ... And around .5 secs faster to 1/4 mile...

You can get it in "dark black" I did not know there were shades of black ;> Agreed, this is the best car in the world. Too bad this reviewer didn't know much about it.

The last Bullit Mustang came out in 2001. That's not the late 90s.
