(July 28)LA authorities say 'Indiana Jones' star Shia LaBeouf was arrested on suspicion of drunken driving early Sunday right around this Hollywood intersection. A Spokeswoman for the LA country Sheriff's department says LeBeouf was taken in after a collision with another car caused the actor's truck to roll over. Hollywood.TV caught video of LaBeouf's car at the accident scene.The sheriff says LaBeouf was charged for misdemeanor DUI and then released. The actor was taken to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center for injuries to his left hand and knee and a minor head injury. 'The Dark Knight' continues to obliterate box office records. It grossed 75-point-6 million dollars in its second week in theaters. Warner Brothers says that's pushed its domestic total to more than 314-million dollars in just 10 days. That surpasses the record set in 2006 by 'pirates of the Caribbean : Dead Man's Chest,' which took 16 days to make 300-million dollars.'Terminator Salvation' won't hit theaters until next summer. But thousands of fans got an early peek this weekend. Director McG presented never-before-seen footage during a panel at Comic-con in San Diego Saturday. He also had some hints about what to expect from the fourth 'Terminator' film - for example, Arnold Schwarzenegger could be back.

You know I don't approve of him driving drunk either but he didn't cause the accident!!! I love how people are willing to blame him for it when he got hit by someone running a red light, who was probably drunk as well. It sad they didn't get other celebrities who caused their accidents while intoxicated but Shia sure has gotten a lot crap about supposedly causing an accident that wasn't his fault. Like I said don't condone the DUI, but they need to stop saying it was his fault.

Drunk drivers should be beat senseless with a steel rod then let go on the first offense. No matter who it maybe. They kill people and get away with it. The second offense would be a little more harsh .
