1UZFE V8 4Runner fly by

This is on a private road. Turn it up at the start to hear it coming, I actually built too much speed and had to back off before reaching the camera! Will have to get an updated video as it sounds heaps better (and goes) now.
Like in my other vid, this is my Lexus V8 4Runner before it got the current extractors and CAI etc.

Im about to place a VS SS Injested 304 into my first Gen 4runner... Im using the standard G52 supra box that came with the truck as standard... Might be best off to carry a spare box around with me I think ;)

Borrowd time now doubt... I wounder if a R151 would be beter?

Yep, drive it like in this vid and it will last about a day ;) Any R series box is the go.

Awesome sound! What gearbox are you running with that motor in there?

Thanks mate. The gearbox is the original 4Runner one, the V6 models have an R150F 5 speed which is pretty much a Supra Turbo box with different gearing, nice and strong.

itd have to be strong haha . most of the v8 surfs ive seen the have an auto box so im assuming that the manuals cant quite withstand the torque if you do a engine swap i mean

The V6 4Runner manual is an R series box, strong enough for two 1UZ's almost, so quiet the opposite ;)
