i loved the meze ezme when out in turkey this summer, thanx for the video but can u suply the recipe for the ezme red spicy one? thanx x

basically onions tomatoes green peppers chillies courgette parsley spring onions all mixed up chopped and strained salt and peppers added and cillie powder the chopping took about 20 mins you could use a food processsor
