  • These were not comments I "did not like". They were vile and VIOLENT. I do not remove those comments with which I merely disagree. We're living in an idyllic world where the occupants of the White House think it's oh-so-important to hold a conference on BULLYING while the world burns down around us. The nature of those comments I removed would make me complicit in "bullying" if I left them up for the cybercops to see.

  • For whatever reason, the racists have suddenly come crawling out of the woodwork to post their disgusting crap on this video. For those who subscribe to my videos, please know that I am removing their objectionable comments as fast as I can get to them.

  • I heard on a podcast from Colonial Williamsburg that they once tried staging a reenacted slave auction and the African American actors were all for it because it was a part of the history, but after once doing it they were disturbed enough not to do it again. Even this was pretty harsh to watch, so I don't think I'd want to watch a reenacted auction either.

  • how about a "mock" slave revolt

  • first of all she would not even speak to him asking about her child this is so stupid! and the clothing??? come on slaves WISH they were dressed like that. He would have beat her within an inch of her life for speaking up. I love how they are so candid with the holocaust, but not with black chattle slavery smh

  • This is actually whitewashing a slave auction. She would not have been merely reprimanded for asking about her children lol. Remember, they were not considered humans at this point, more along the lines of dogs. Nice that they portray it, but this is the 700 club version. It was much worse in real life.

  • @tmcd1965 IT WAS WAY CRUELER THAN THIS BUT GOOD TRY

  • This is sooooooooo wrong. There was no conversation involved, and the Africans did NOT look this good. Not only that, there were SHACKLES involved. But there was NO pleading your case for your family.

  • DID THEY GO BACK IN TIME???? TO SHOOT THIS!!

  • Can't believe europeans actually did this!

  • This is very much an extremely light exposure on slavery. It does hurt people to see this side, though this is only a portion of what happened. The horrible sexual and physical acts that happened. Also, most of the slaves were not as educated as these reinactors.

  • @gsdfczx where are you from
