Pasty is a dry dry food here in Montana, USA. There is not enough gravy to moisten it. Immigrants came over and brought it with them. Now the art of cooking them is lost and the ones sold commercially are just dry. I was so happy to look this up. I couldn't stomach the things but this looks like it will provide a nice moist pasty, definately going to try this! Thanks so much!
