Huk Planas as well as Ed Parker taught it as a knife edge kick to the shin. I like you slow and deliberate movements but perhaps you should watch your angles a little closer. Not bad. Keep up the good work
For the first two kicks, I learned them as front snap kicks (draw into cat, chamber, kick, re-chamber, and place down)... but it looks like you're just raising the leg straight up and down. Is there a reason?

I haven't seen the EPAK version of this form, but I do know that in a few of the forms, the angles are taught differently in Tracy's.

I learned them as lift kicks, more of a punt. From the front leg, as done in this form, it is a very quick kick done in close.
