So far, I've smoked salmon but not trout. I have a Cookshack electric smoker oven I use with apple wood for the salmon and it comes out consistently good. Hope you will take a look. You've inspired me to try trout next! Thanks for a great video!

@ihateblogs Yep I am an aussie, just from a little tackle shop. I think you can get these kinds of smokers from rays outdoors.
