@mattgate I haven't really played with it so I wouldn't know. Freestyler is probably the best one to start with. Free and you just need this USB box. That and Chamsys MagicQ PC are the ones I've used so I don't know about many others - search online for DMX software, you'll find others and you can view screenshots of what the software looks like. James.

@mattgate - No that software (going on what they say on their website) requires you to buy one of their specifically designed interfaces. It will say on the manufacturer's site of whatever software you find whether it works with different interfaces or if it needs you to get their own particulary box that the software detects when it loads up.
